 How to make no-bake yema cake baking is possible even though we are less equipment. Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour 6 pcs eggs 2 tbsp baking powder 1/2 cup oil 1/2 cup milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp salt First, we have to combine dry ingredients and add 6 pcs egg yolk mixed all the ingredients till it becomes smooth, for the meringue we can use the 6 pcs egg white from the yolk that mixed in the batter and 3/4 tsp vinegar using a hand mixer, mix the egg white until become white in color add the vinegar continuously mixing add gradually the sugar until it becomes fluffy and combine with the batter rest for 25 minutes before steaming. for the yema cake filling, we use 2 egg yolk 2 tbsp. cornstarch 1 can condensed milk 1 can water and 1 tbsp. butter.
